  • Maintaining Attendance Records (Bio Metric and Manual Records).
  • Leave Management.
  • Responsible for Making Salary Sheet of staff.
  • Induction and on boarding of new employees as an when hired.
  • Issuing Appointment letter, Relieving letter, experience letter.
  • Responsible to proper management of Company.
  • Policies with timely submission of all reports related with all department heads.
  • Assigning jobs and duties to staff as an when needed.
  • Monitor office operations and serves as go to for office enquiries and conflicts.
  • Managing House Keeping Activities.
  • Keeping Track of all proforma Invoices and Invoices from Vendors of the company.
  • Check all Expenses of Sales Representatives.
  • Responsible for Actively reverting to all company mails.


  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Experience in HR Operations.
